Collision CoPilot · Effective October 8, 2026 · Updated October 13, 2026

BainbridgeAI LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("BainbridgeAI"), operates Collision CoPilot and is responsible for the information described here.

Information the service receives

BainbridgeAI receives your sign-in email, shop and home-state information, membership and invitation records, subscription identifiers, payment status, purchase agreements and usage records. Stripe processes payment details; we do not store payment card numbers on our servers.

When your assistant calls a CoPilot tool, we process the arguments it sends, such as a research question or vehicle identifier. The connector does not automatically receive your whole assistant conversation. Information you include in a tool request can be sent to the reference service needed to answer it, such as NHTSA for vehicle research.

How we use information

We use account and membership information to verify identity and shop access; billing and consent records to manage subscriptions; and usage, source-serving and operational records to maintain the service and detect abuse. Usage counters can be associated with a shop and named user. Your shop owner can view named-user lookup counts, active days, and assistant totals in the shop usage report. These adoption counters do not include conversation text or tool arguments. Owners can opt into monthly email recaps and turn them off in the shop account. Operational records may include tool names, assistant/client information, account or shop identifiers, error status and billing events.

Service providers and your assistant

Cloudflare hosts the connector and its operational services, Supabase stores account and billing-access records, Resend delivers sign-in emails and opted-in monthly recaps, and Stripe handles checkout, invoices and billing management. They process information needed for those services. Your assistant provider processes your chats under its own terms and privacy policy. CoPilot's current research service retrieves reference information; it does not send your requests to a server-funded language model.

Our website

collisioncopilot.com, our product website, uses Google Analytics 4 for aggregate visit statistics. Google Analytics does not receive payment details or conversation content. These account and setup pages do not use it.

Security and retention

Access is restricted to verified sign-ins and active shop memberships. Sign-in codes and account-session secrets are stored as hashes, and access records are checked when research calls start. We retain account, membership, consent, billing and usage records to operate the service, resolve billing questions and meet legal obligations. Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete those records. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can manage billing through your account, ask the shop owner to change your membership, and contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. Some records may need to be retained for billing, security or legal obligations. Contact privacy@bainbridgeai.ai with privacy questions or requests.

Policy changes

We will publish changes on this page and identify their effective date. This policy describes Collision CoPilot; other BainbridgeAI products have their own data flows and terms.
